Under the clutch housing a drain hole if any engine oil or transmission grease gets in so that it doesn't build up enough to get on the clutch and a cotter pin in the hole with just the head on the outside to keep dirt from getting in and the small bit of movement of that cotter pin will keep the drain hole from cloging, nothing to be fastened to it.
