Well.... dumb me bought two 6V batteries. Didn't know how it ws wired. Just traded a 3010 for the 4020 last December.
Did connect the two 6V in series, still wouldn't start, but the clicking was stronger and sounded better. Much like what happens in winter around here when batteries get a little low....
Thanks again foryour input...the first thought that goes through my head is a major expense(that I really don't need right now...)
