Broken off head stud

I have restored plenty of tractors, but have been lucky enough to never break off a head stud. It broke off flush with the block. I drilled a hole down the middle, and have spent two weeks breaking off and retrieving easy-outs. I now have a nice, big hole free of easy-out debris, and need advise. I don't want to send another easyout down that hole. Help out please.
