Martin, take Aaron's advise, drill that bolt out with a left handed drill. Try to drill it with progressively bigger bits till you get to tap size drill."If you are lucky the drill will catch and the stud will come out" But seeing that you used a "bolt expander" misnamed an easy out,it will fight you all the way. Then run a tap in to chase the old stud threads out "CAUTION!!!!!" just run the tap in about 1 turn at a time then back it out & clear it or it will jamb & break. You just got a lesson in easy outs,if it was tight enough to break to begin with,a skinny little easy out won't remove it, it will just expand it. An easy out will work good if it was loose and just broke from vibration etc.
