thanks for responding...it was a 7800 series and what happened was he put it into neutral and got down and in front of it to do something with the disc. The tractor jumped into gear on its own and ran over him. Everything about the tractor appears to be fine...except that it didn't stay in neutral/park. When you say expert, is there someone who knows about these things? I'd like to find out if this specific type of occurence has happened to anyone else...
