Real sorry to hear that Kim. Indiana has about 6 deaths per year from farm machinery accidents. Was that 7800 an on the fly transmission? My farm neighbors have two 4240s. One is the quad 4 differential settup, but the other is the on the fly 8 speeds forward and 2 reverse. You can engage without the use of the clutch. You have to be real careful that you have it in full neutral position. I personlly think the latter settup is a safety problem.
