Listened to the farm report on radio this morning and they said the U.S. DOT had decided ALL farmers were going to be requried to have interstate authority to haul their grain to town because it was considered interstate commerce. Their reasoning was that the grain would more than likely be shipped to another state at some time.
I don't have a link for any info but it should be easy to find. Our Ks. Senator was really upset about it and was trying hard to get it stopped.
