Right side slugish ( around 10%) on a 1816 case skid loader. Works somewhat better (around 30%) after it is warmed up, but is nowhere near 100%. Everything else works good on the loader. What test can I perform to it, or may be wrong with it. Also does it have any kind of valve on in that will let me put the wheels in a free rolling mode, so I could load it onto a trailer, when engines is shut off? Thanks, Larry
