our 1845 did that, its been quite a few years, but if i remember right here goes. i may be a little foggy on the details so somebody chime in. directly under the seat on top of the main pump was a set of valves with a bunch of hoses. you need to find the ones that go to each drive motor lt and rt. then disconect the hoses, be sure machine is OFF. switch the rt side drive hoses with the left side drive hoses. the start the machine and see if the other side is now sluggish. if so there is slide valves and o rings and stuff in there. ours had bad o rings on one side. replaces the o rings and i think some type of plunger valve and that fixed the problem. its been 12 years or so, so im a little foggy on the details. the guy at the dealer gave me the info to switch the hoses around. if its not that then its inside the pump, 3-4k to rebuild that rascal.
