I kind of figured the guy was just moving the camper around his yard are something; because there is no way I can see any cop; from the smallest town local to the federal DOT; letting that thing go by him or her on the highway.
On the other hand..... As you said also.... I think the post shows what lengths some people will go to move things around.
I always see things on the side of the highway that have fallen because of not being tied down; Small trucks jacknifed because the trailer or load was to much for them; people killed because someone was trying to get from point A to point B in 15 mins when it is a 20 min trip; ect ect.
