the truck never actually goes very far, some sort of town law that you need to move your vehicles every so often. cant have anything sitting in one place for more than a few weeks or something,, so he beats the system by moving it from one end of the road in front of the yard to the other,, whether that is corrct or not I dont know,,
on the other hand,,, I wouldn't be surprised to see something like that going down the road,, and then have people say" this is the way to do this, always have done it like this,,, you just "..........",, people do play with OUR lives out there without even thinking twice about it,pat
