My Jubilee will not lift at idle speed. At high
rpm it lifts a box blade with no problem although
it takes a long time before it begins to lift. I have
rebuilt the piston pump. I have put new seals
and o rings on the piston. I have disassembled
the lift cylinder assembly and checked all valves
for free movement. The oil is not turbulent when
viewed through the access hole. Any suggestions?
