1T dually Chev Frnt brake drags, cant fix any Idea

I have a 78 1T Chev dually, frnt disc brakes. The Rt frnt brake drags and get hot, it was even locking up and on soft ground the wheel would not even turn. I replaced the wheel cyl caliper module with another that was off a working truck (barrowed) but still drags! So any body got some suggestions. I thought the original was bad but the second is not rite either so where else could be the problem?
