The rubber inside the brake hose deteriorates, and folds inward, plugging the hose. WHY would you even attempt to "CLEAN" something this critical? Replace it, for heaven's sakes, as well as the other rubber brake lines on the truck. Their "time is up". Don't set yourself up for the same situation!.
