OT computer help please.

I need computer help, if I wait for Dell for ten days I will be blind by then from this computer. I have had this problem once before and corrected it using system restore. I have restored it 5 different restore points and still have the problem. After two some hours on the phone with the Indian lady from Dell it is now worse then ever and a teck is to come out in eight to ten days . Here is the problem when you start the computer the back ground is green not blue. When it opens up the hole screen is lime green fuzzy and grainy and moving like when you TV tube was going bad. Pictures are all distorted every thing works as it should other then how it looks . As per other past post I got rids of Norton Ghost as I have Pc Cillin from day one . I get a pop up that says Viruses protection is out of date. I have clicked up date and it says it is up to date . I know it is paid for till 11/2009. This newer computer is getting close to being road tested under a loaded 15- 5 -38 soon.. I hope somebody can help me please. Thanks� Northeast puller.
