Well I figured it would probably happen and it did. I was discing along the trench where my neighbor had put in the water line to his new house. It was through the new hayfield and it was pretty wet when they trenched (and still is), but I wanted to try to smooth it out a bit for him before all this weather hits tomorrow. When I crossed over about the 6th time the front sunk and the right rear of my farmall M went with it. Stuck up to the wheel weights. I got the front up some and filled in under with sand. I need to get the front up about another 6-8" and then I got some 1 1/2" plywood to stick under so I can back out to (somewhat) solid ground. Just got to get the right side up too. Got an 8 ton bottle jack and plenty of 4x4's and 6x6's and plywood. I think I'll be good putting the jack under the right side of the 3pt. hitch to lift, it's pretty solid. I got until 4 or so tommorrow according to the weatherman, then it's bad storms. I'm at work today so she's got to sit till morning. Should be enough time to get it out and then get a beer. I'll post some pics if the camera batterys not dead. Yee Haw!
