Diesel tractor missing and smoking

I have an Oliver 1655 diesel. Yesterday i was discing with it and suddenly it lost power, missing and smoking. I drove it about 10 minutes to get it home, and it missed the whole way, and any kind of load made a lot of smoke. Once home, I shut it off and then started it again, it started easily when hot, but still missed. At an idle the whole tractor shakes, ,more speed and its a little smoother but any load and it misses and doesn't have much power. I had the injector pump rebuilt about 100 hours ago and haven't had trouble since then. Any ideas? Thanks for the help,
