With it idling loosen the lines to the injector one by one and see if the missing changes or stays the same. If it stays the same on any injector it is the one missing, it could be a broken spring in the injector or just pluged up. The other thing would be check your timing to make sure the pump hasn"t slipped out of time. You can also take a short stick 12 inchs or so, hold your thumb over the end and again your ear, hold the other end on each injector see if the sound changes on any of them. A good ear can tell if one is missing this way.
