OT what paint will hold up on utility trailer

A little off-topic, but I need some advice.
I've got a 5X8 utility trailer and a 18' tractor hauling trailer. Almost all highway usage, but 3 miles of gravel when I go back to mom and dad's farm. I'm tired of fighting the rock chips/rusting thats caused from the gravel hitting the tongue and front of fenders. I don't want to put "mega mud-flaps" on the pickup (wife has to drive it to work) What do you guys use that holds up? Three years ago, I completely stripped the 5X8 to bare metal, primed and used the home-installed herculiner, truck bed liner. I rolled it on. Held up okay everywhere except where the rocks chip. What do you guys use? I can't stand my trailers looking chipped up.

If impossible to place tractor under cover, be sure to cover air stack and exhaust pipe. Drain radiator and engine block. To avoid gum content collections, drain both fuel tanks and carburetor.
