can anyone give me some info on areas in the southern part of Missouri? maybe around Ava, West Plains any nice areas to retire in. I would like to find at least 30 to 40 acres. I am thinkin on draggin the family down this year to take a look. I am gettin tired of the long snowy winters in northeast ohio. I have heard that the winters are not to bad down there.
