living down there.Its a real nice area with a nice climate.Taxes are
reasonable,lots of hunting and fishing,sites to see,etc.You are only
2 hours from Springfield or Branson.The Mt Grove,Ava,Willow
Springs,Cabool area is OK too.

My MIL lives at Salem,Arkansas just south of West Plains.

We live 100 miles south of KC.Have had 16 days over 60 since
Christmas and only 1" of snow.We are also drier than anytime since
1953.
