My sister moved down to Mo from upstate NY 3 years ago. The winters are easy, it does freeze occaisonally , very little snow or ice. They are an hr east of Springfield outside Fordland Mo. I paid them a visit last april and thought it was nice that time of year. You will also find it is alot drier than Ohio.
