Eagle hitch was Case's version of a 3 point hitch. It looks much like a 3ph but the lift arms have no side to side swing and the end of the arms have a U shape that you can back under the pins of the implement, raise the lift, pull ahead a little and a mechanism locks around the pins. Then you hook up the top link and go. The lift arms are straight and are attached to the rear axle housing of the tractor. Other than no side swing motion I have found the arms to also be a little shorter than most 3ph arms. Spacing is very close to cat I 3ph.
