As far as I know the Eagle Hitch was a marketing ploy. Unless you wanted to modify the arms they would only fit Case implements. The dealer says "Well, the new Eagle Hitch is great, and we offer a full line of implements to fit it. What can I put you down for?" Good idea for marketing but a pain in the arse for the guy who doesn't own the full line of implements. Our 400B has been modified to bring the arms closer together, and I'm sure most of the other eagle hitches had the same thing done to them. Oh by the way, the Eagle comes from the Case mascot eagle Old Abe. Very interesting story about him, became part of a batallion in the Civil War.
