If it is a jubilee, it would be a 1953 only. The model and serial no is on the bellhousing near the starter.
Th key is on the left side below the hood. The horn button is added most likely because the stater button on the transmission is bad. Not a good idea because there is an interlock to prevent staring in gear.
Some people do strange things because they are too cheap to fix things properly.
