O.T. Rifle scope problems, part 3

Well I most have done something wrong. After I put the silicone sealer on the bolts/screws and then let it sit for about 4 hours, plus put withe paint on all paces that can move so I can see it it works loose. I went out and shoot it, I shoot it at 25 yards since 25 yards also zeros it to 100 yards. Well any how I shoot 7 round and all 7 where with in 3 inch circle. I didn't even have to readjust the scope any.
