How big of a tractor????

Hi guys. Ive got a question for you. I was wondering what size of tractor i am going to need to pull a 7 shank, 3pt. mounted chisel plow. Could I do it with our 3020, or do you think im going to need to look at something a little bigger. I'm looking for suggestions on tractors (colors not a real issue with me) the rest of our equipment is 12 foot stuff so dont go getting too awful big on me. I really appreciate it.
