Diesel Normal Operating Temp?

I have a Ford 201 cu inch diesel in my backhoe. What is the normal operating temp of the motor say after 15 minutes? Is it normal for the oil filter to be extremely hot to the touch after 15 minutes? The alternator to be hot? The fan belt itself to be hot?
