No ATV accident

That was no accident. It was a collision and death caused by machine operation by persons untrained and/or incapable due to being physically and/or mentally incapable.
An ATV is not a toy. An ATV is not a baby sitter. Where were the parents or responsible adults?
No different than someone getting tangled in a pto shaft. Or a loader roll-over on a side hill or with a too high, too heavy & too fast. Or no more an accident than someone driving too fast on slippery roads.
