It is fully the parents fault, here, but surely they will carry the pain the rest of their life. Still hard not to judge them though. Something else that chills me just as much is a neighbor who otherwise is a decent parent but for some reason when they get on the riding lawn mower they throw out their common sense and carry their child on it. I mean that REALLY chills me. May as well gripe about the fools that ride down the road with a dog on their lap too. I do not appreciate their ignorance risking my life or my loved ones lives on the highway over something so stupid. Sometimes I wish I were a cop when I see this. Sorry bout the long post.
