NO ,I disagre...ATVs are not toys for 2 or even 5 & 9 yr. olds.....a adult should have been taking the childern for rides,one at a time....

Because of poor supervision ,I don't need a law stating my tractor will shut down every time I get off.....Got too mcch of this junk on my lawn tractor....If you dont know how to operate it safely stay off of it.
