What did you set the carb needles at? Should be 1 1/2 turns from seating. Sounds as though you are not getting enough fuel to run loaded. Also check to make sure you do not ahve an intake leak. You did not say what saw you have. if it has primer, you could have a primer leaking and need replaced. check all this out and let me know, I will gone for a couple of days, but I will answer back Monday if you leave a post that this did not help.
