I guess I didn't make it quite clear enough, just what I was after. As far as oil changes go I have always done my own, and will never be forced to let some kid at the dealer do it. Why should the automaker force me to spend more money on a product that is already overprice and to top it off, it is known to be deficient.
It was told to me that this condition exist and I was looking to verify only if it was true and what the manufactor's attitude was.
Chrysler product have always been quality product by my experience and I have had a lot of confidence in the company.
It is my gut feeling that this story is just gossip put out by salesmen who's financial interest is tied to other manufactors.
