Joh Deere Vibration

Please save your jokes for the end of any suggestions. I got a '48 John deere BW in trade for some work I did. It sat in a barn for 5 years and all we had to do is add some clean gas and charge the battery and it started right up. The 42" Firestones are about new and there are no cracks of welds on the wide front.
Now the bad stuff, when you put the power on in any gear there is a terriable vibration. Now the prior owner says that he replaced the flywheel and the flywheel bolts keep comming loose. Why would it do that, all I can think is that the crank is bent, any suggestions?
