Sounds like the previous owner put the flywheel back on in the wrong place. There are marks on the flywheel and crank that must be lined up for proper balance. If the flywheel or clutch driver or both are not lined up in the proper position on the crankshaft, you can get alot of vibration. More than enough to cause the flywheel bolts to work loose.
