Wet sanding is done by hand. Use 600 grit paper, it will be the wet or dry kind. Use a block to prevent dips from too much pressure at one point. The water is to wash away the dust which will instantly clog the 600 git paper if used dry. Use this to sand just before applying the finish paint.
