Help finding carb kit!!

Seems I have a problem and thought some of you cud help me? Son in law sent me his Farmall C carb with a broke off low speed jet. I cut anew screwdiver slot with the moto-tool and got it out.
Upon searching thru Alpha tractor cat. I dont see a complete kit for the Carter UT with 1" venturi--Does anyone have these kits or do I try to make it on the lathe??Awful small hole to drill.
S-In-L bought it this way and has fought the no slow speed for yrs. Any help will be apprec. Tnx in adv. John
