I have an I-240 Utility. I will do what I can to help. To begin, I'm a little confused. I don't know of any model I-240 Utilities with any hydraulic components under the seat. The hydraulic system consists of a pump mounted on the right side of the engine, resevoir and valve assemblies under the gas tank. Additional options are things like fast hitch and power steering. The hydraulic pump is really under sized if you add a loader. If you want to effectively operate a loader, you need to mount a separate front pump for the loader. To get back to your problem, assuming your are referring to the orginal equipment hydraulic system, you haven't mentioned anything about the hydraulic filter or screen. Have you check this filter? Email if you are interested in further discussion. Good Luck, Kent
