Reading the two interesting postings on LPG fuel experiences, leads me to ask,What Happened??? Too many "frozen hand" accidents? Since about 1968 most farm tractors sold have been Diesels. Being cleaner for the environment, why do we have all these Diesel 18 wheeler trucks & Buses billowing black smoke into the sky, ignoring LP alternative? The LPG tractors all seem vintage '52-'65... Opportunity lost again? The tanks look cumbersome on old tractors, but the thousand pounds of batteries in electric cars don't appear unique. Comments?
