Farmall A , PTO. -A device to get a faster spin?

Got an A with a Woods L-59 belly mower, PTO driven. Is there something that slides on the end of the shaft, with it's own gearbox (or something) and has it's own shaft that comes out of that, so, when the PTO is running, the pulley (at the end of the shaft) spins faster than it normally would? This is needed to spijn the blades faster for cutting. Do you know of this
part? Thanks for any help,
