There may be '540 to 1000 rpm converters' out there, but you are looking at $500 or better to get one. Obviously playing with the pulley sizes will be a lot cheaper. So, why is your current set-up too slow? You don't want to over-speed the mower, that only shortens it's life, and makes parts fly through the air.... ;) Maybe if we understood the problem better, we could help. I'm not so familiar with the little IHC's, is this the offset pto that runs real close to one side, and you just can't get a pulley of the right size on there? --->Paul
