There are two HDs in my area. One is an old and long established store. The other is somewhat newer. The difference in HD stores comes down to the managers and their staff. The newer store is so messed up and mismanaged that I will never set foot into it again. They did me wrong three times, and that is enough. There are quality issues with some of their stuff. Like lumber. One has to go through nearly a half a stack of 2X4s to find a couple of fairly straight ones. I go to Lowe's instead.
