So got a starter in the mail today and put it on. It does run just a little at times but dies pretty fast. I have not replaced the plug which look pretty old bu seem to fire as in I see a good blue/white spark at all of them but there wet. So tomorrow I'll get 4 new plugs and see if that helps. I did check the compression on #4 cylinder and it is 60psi which seem a bit low but not sure what a cub should have. Either way I am getting close to having it up and running
