Since our electric company can't keep the trees trimmed under their electric lines, to prevent a line from hitting a tree, and starting a fire. In a strong wind they just shut off the electricity to thousands of houses, and businesses. My power was off for only a day this time, depending on the wind it could have been longer. To save my cold stuff I used my motorhome generator, I have cords to my freezer, and refrigerators, and have a couple lights in the house. Only one day, I was getting tired of tripping over electric extension cords. I know some of you go for days without power. How do you do it? Stan
