Our co-op trims every 5 or 6 years and do a good job. If I see something that needs trimming before they come out, I call and they will be here usually the same day. The 2 times we were out this year for long periods, it was the big April tornado and the hurricane several weeks ago. Can't trim for things like that. But we were ready with the generator.
