The Hassles of living in the Country!

Living out in the middle of nowhere has it hassles too! No street lights and you haft to use the stars and moon to see at night, No loud music you haft to have your own radio to hear it, kids don't paint you your things you do, wildlife tresspass on your place, no cops to watch the place and protect you, no Seven/11 to get your pizza at, no traffic to listen to while you sit on the porch, worst of all it's quiet and you haft to entertain yourself and the kids, the punks hanging out on the block won't do it for you! But one nice thing is you can park your Tractor in the driveway!! I hope I can deal with all these hassles without a mental break down, I haft to spend the rest of my life here! Mark H.

For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house. The gentleman no longer farmed because the entire area was developed with housing and light industry. I had stopped several times and knocked on the door but no one would answer.
