Hi mark: Already got the place, 38 acres in Southeast Oklahoma, bought it this past April from my wife's brother. It was love at first sight, twelve or so years ago. I knew when I saw it, someday I'd own it. Gotta get our son into college before we can move there though, hence the 3 1/2 year wait. In the mean time I'm buiding a shop, digging a well, and septic system for when we can move. Terry O
