Ford loader

I am looking for some help. I've got a 8N with a wrap-around loader I'm wondering if this is Wagner Loader? I'd like to find something less dificult to take on and off any suggestions? Was the pump on the front somthing that was not standard? this tractor is new to me and I would like to have a loader on it but I don't know what would be the best suggestion . Thanks for your time.
