Last week I assisted a friend installing power steering on his 8 N the loader that was on the tractor was a tube type but was the largest I've seen. needless to say it is not easily removed however after installing the power steering kit from Jackson power steering it was easily steered with one finger. The unit is a little pricy but it doesent require assistance from 2 mules to manuver with a load in the bucket. The owner is a happy camper.
