Heard the local automotive commentator on the radio this AM in Detroit state that "cars will soon perform their own recalls and fix themselves".
Huh?
Turns out that they're talking about automatic updates to car s/w when there is a recall or TSB. You won't even know they're doing it.
Just imagine: When you parked your car at nite, it was running fine. Next morning, an update has occurred and it may not run or act the same as it did the day before. Yeah, that'll work. :roll:
